Для участия в лотерее необходимо заполнить анкету (выделена синим цветом) и отправить по адресу michael.arbetov@gmail.com ( я являюсь зарегистрированным представителем СЕТ) или запросить официальный бланк по адресу: Education Fund Services Inc., Brairwood Business Park, 414 North Service Rd. E., Oakville, Ontario, L6H 5R2 и туда же отправить заполненный бланк.

Некоторые детали перед заполнением.

1. Ребенок, на которого вы хотите получить приз, должен быть младше 8-ми лет.







2. На каждого ребенка заполнять отдельную анкету и отправлять отдельно.







3. Каждый родитель (или пра-родитель) может участвовать в каждом розыгрыше за каждого ребенка (отдельный шанс). Каждый раз должна высылаться отдельно заполненная анкета ( с соответствующими почтовыми расходами, если это не отправляется мне по

email ).




4. Все анкеты являются собственностью СЕТ и обратно не возвращаются.







5. Участники согласны, что их имена, фотографии и адреса могут использоваться СЕТ в публикациях ( в случае получения призов) без денежных или иных компенсаций участникам за публикации.

THE PRIZE

• 6 fully paid CET Registered Education Saving Plans
• Education Fund services Inc.will pay the entire cost of enrolling he winning sponsors as a Subscriber on behalf of the Nominated Child.
• The winning sponsors will receive the principal (the amount paid on their behalf) when the nominated children reach the age of 18. He principal varies depending the age of the child at the time of enrolment.
• The income on the principal is paid directly to the children in accordance with the regulations governing the CET Registered Education Savings Plans.
• Should the children fail to qualify for the scholarships, only the principal is awarded.
• It is estimated that Students who qualify for the three scholarship payments could receive a total amount of as much as $6,000.
• Prize winners must accept the terms and conditions of the Children’s Education Trust of Canada’s Registered Education Savings Plan as set our in the current prospectus. Copies are available from:Education Fund Servicers Inc.,Briarwood Business park, 414 North Service rd. E.,Oakville, ontario,L6H 5R2.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Complete the draw form available from participating Children’s Education Trust of Canada Enrolment Representatives ,or print your full name, address and telephone number and the name and birthday of a child who is under age 8 in a plain piece of paper (Unborn children are not eligible)
2. Mail to : “Win a Scholarship” c/o education Fund Services Inc, Briarwood Business Park, 414 North Service Rd. E., Oakville, Ontario L6H 5R2
3. You may enter as often as you like. Each winner will be eligible to participate in all 6 draws. Remember, there will be six separate draws-2 in March, 2 in June and 2 in December. Each entry mailed must be in a separate envelope, bearing the correct amount of postage.
4. All entries become the property if CET and will bot be returned.
5. All 6 draws will take place from all eligible entrants March, June, and December at 414 North Service Rd. E., Oakville Ontario L6H 5R2.
6. The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone to answer a time-limited skill-testing question.
7. The winners will be required to sign a standard release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance or the prize as awarded.
8. This contest is open to all residents of Canada aged 18 years or over, excluding the employees and members of the immediate families of The Children’s Education Trust of Canada, Education Fund Services Inc.
9. This contest is subject to all applicable laws.
10. Entrants agree to the use, without fee of their photograph, name and address by CET for publicity purposes.
